Due to the perishable nature of our meals, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, missing items, or you have a food safety concern, please contact us within 4 hours of delivery confirmation. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund at our discretion.
We are not responsible for issues resulting from improper storage, reheating, or handling after delivery.
