When is the weekly order cutoff?
Orders and subscription changes close at 7 PM every Sunday and Wednesday.
• Sunday 7 PM → Monday delivery
• Wednesday 7 PM → Thursday delivery
Orders placed after the cutoff move to the next delivery day.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes. You can subscribe and get meals for only $12.99 per meal with automatic weekly ordering.
Subscriptions renew automatically each week.
You can edit meals, skip a week, pause, or cancel anytime before the weekly cutoff.
Delivery options:
• Monday delivery — order by Sunday 7 PM
• Thursday delivery — order by Wednesday 7 PM
There are no contracts or long-term commitments.
Can I skip or pause my deliveries?
Yes. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime through your account.

How to Manage Your Subscription
To make changes to your meals:
1️⃣ Log in to your account
2️⃣ Click Management page
3️⃣ Click View details
4️⃣ To cancel, click Cancel in the top right corner
5️⃣ To pause or skip, click Manage
You are always in full control.
Are the meals fresh or frozen?
All meals are fully cooked and prepared fresh for each delivery cycle.
Meals are delivered chilled — never frozen — and are intended to be kept refrigerated.
If you plan to enjoy them later in the week, you may store them in the freezer for longer freshness.
How long do meals stay fresh?
Storage & Reheating Instructions
Meals are freshly prepared and intended for refrigerated storage.
• Keep refrigerated at or below 41°F (5°C)
• For best freshness and quality, enjoy within 3–4 days
• Meals may be frozen upon receipt for longer storage
• Remove the lid slightly and heat for 2–3 minutes, or until heated through (165°F / 74°C)
• Loosen lid before reheating
⚠️ Do not leave meals at room temperature for more than 2 hours
